DESCRIPTION:The Season of Lent begins with the Ancient Tradition of Imposing Ashes in the Sign of the Cross on those who wish to receive them in our Ash Wednesday Midweek Lenten Worship.  We gather to remember who we are as God’s People, and the price He was willing to pay to make us a part of His family.  As we receive the Ashes we are reminded that “we are dust, and to dust we shall return” as a sign of acknowledgement and repentance for sin.\nWe also celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion in celebration of the grace of God which sets us free from sin and brings forgiveness and healing to our lives.  Please join us for this special service, and each week at 6:30pm on Wednesday nights through the Season of Lent as we reflect on how Jesus did the impossible in fulfilling all of God’s promises, focused on the theme, “Against All Odds”.\n\n \nMarch 5 – Ashes to Ashes  (Ash Wednesday)\nMarch 12- He Came With a Purpose\nMarch 19 – He Was Silent\nMarch 26 – He Was Counted Among the Rebels\nApril 2 – He Was Led Like a Lamb to the Slaughter\nApril 9 – What Are the Odds?\n \n \n“All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his\nown way; and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all“\nIsaiah 53:6\n
